Mr. Raul Gonzalez Mitre is the country manager at TÜV NORD Group with activities in 7 countries Latin America. As a qualified member of the TÜV NORD JI/CDM Certification Program (and manager of BRTÜV. Climate Protection and Sustainability group for Mexico), He has been performing the assessment of more than 123 emission reduction projects, including validation and verification activities under the framework of the CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) of the Kyoto Protocol and acquiring valuable knowledge regarding a variety of technologies for clean energy production (e.g. wind, hydro, biomass to energy, biogas), energy efficiency measures on supply and demand side, waste water treatment, waste disposal treatment and methane mitigation, waste recovery systems, tail gas recovery and utilization, etc., using a variety of approved UNFCCC methodologies for quantification of GHG (Green House Gases) emissions under several standards and accreditation schemes such as the CDM, the VCS (Verified Carbon Standard), Gold Standard, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, WCD, Social Carbon (methodology for quantification and monitoring of socio-environmental indicators, etc


Mr. Oscar Loza Magaña is a Business Manager and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 and product audits INMETRO 445/2010 at TÜV NORD Group with activities in 7 countries in Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and Japanese business studies and has more than 12 years of experience in consulting, marketing and auditing. He is also a certified Six sigma green belt and attended several other trainings held internationally.


Mr. Oliver Quireza is a Technical Manager and Auditor in Climate Change and ISO14001 at TÜV NORD Group with activities in 7 countries in Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering and has more than 7 years experience in advisory and business development, mainly in the fields of renewable energies project development in Europe. Mr Quireza also has relevant experience in the manufacturing sector including the development of investment projects, project management and advisory on environmental legislation and Corporate Social Responsibility in the pharmaceutical and electronics industries.



Mr. Sathappan known as “Sath” is one of the Senior Technical Expert of ASSIST. He has been a lead consultant in a variety of engagements covering enterprises across the public, private and government sectors. He is a chemaical and elctro-chemical graduate.
